What is the best way to contact you?

Via email is best. We recommend you include the following details:

  • a brief account of your investment requirements
  • the amount to be raised
  • the type of structure (growth, MBO, MBI etc)
  • background information about you and your company

Do you fund 'start-ups'?

We look at all stages of investment and review them on an individual basis. However, we do not fund research and development or feasibility studies.

I want to release capital from my existing company, can you help with this?

We can certainly look at ‘money out’ as part of an overall investment plan. It normally requires the existing business to be profitable and have strong cash flow.

Do you assist with the preparation of business plans?

We would be happy to look at an initial draft business plan once you have put this together and provide comments using our expert knowledge.

We are looking to do a management buy-out – can you provide debt finance?

Unfortunately we cannot help you with this. We are not a ‘fund of funds’.

I am reluctant to disclose sensitive details without a formal NDA in place

We understand the need for confidentiality. However we prefer to have an initial discussion before a formal NDA is put in place to determine how we can help. This saves time and expense and allows us to provide a quick response. We do not expect you to provide critical or highly sensitive information, just what is sufficient to enable us to take an initial view.
