[Shelley Media Fund 6]
Shelley Media Fund 6 provides an exciting opportunity to invest in unquoted companies creating and producing high quality films, television programmes and/or video games for worldwide markets. Utilising the Ingenious Group's expertise and relationships, previous Shelley Media Fund companies have been responsible for producing content for Lionsgate, Warner Home Video, Wild Bunch, Sony Pictures, Transmission (a Paramount affiliate) and Universal Television Networks. Investee companies will operate conservative business models and will qualify for a range of attractive benefits offered by the EIS, including 30% income tax relief.

[Media Opportunities Fund]
The Media Opportunities Fund presents an opportunity for UK investors to invest in growing companies in the media sector and secure tax free, uncapped equity returns. This EIS Fund will operate a capital preservation strategy which helps underpin investors’ downside while enabling investors to benefit from equity returns from high-growth investments in one of the UK’s largest and most successful economic sectors. The media sector is currently worth £59 billion, equal in size to the financial services sector.
Investments will be made across the media sector including e-commerce, marketing services, mobile, gaming, TV, film, music, live entertainment, digital publishing and fashion & design.
This is an approved EIS Fund.

Vindemia EIS Funds
The Vindemia EIS Funds (Vindemia) offer a unique entry point to participate in the significant returns potential of the fine wine market. Utilising Ingenious’ leading EIS fund management expertise, each fund drives its returns from investing in specialist merchants trading in fine wines with a strong secondary market value under the guidance of experienced wine traders, including industry expert Peter Lunzer. Vindemia investments will qualify for a range of attractive benefits offered by the EIS, including 30% income tax relief.

Ingenious Solar UK EIS
Ingenious Solar UK EIS enables private individuals to invest in companies that will purchase and operate sub 50kWp solar installations in the South of England. The solar installations will generate renewable electricity which attracts index linked Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) income for 25 years.
Following the successful close of the Ingenious Solar UK EIS in April, we plan to launch the Ingenious Renewable Energy EIS Fund in May. Details will follow shortly.

Ingenious Energy Efficiency EIS Funds
The Ingenious Energy Efficiency EIS Funds provide an opportunity for investors to access the attractive returns available in the emerging energy efficiency sector. Benefitting from Ingenious’ EIS experience the fund will invest in companies providing energy saving services, often involving the retrofitting of energy saving equipment, to property owners. The investment proposition has been supported by ongoing concerns about both the UK’s electricity generating capacity and energy security which have lead to ever stronger government support for energy efficiency.
Following the successful close of our first Energy Efficiency EIS Fund in April, we plan to launch a second Energy Efficiency EIS Fund in May. Details will follow shortly.

[Ingenious Broadcasting EIS PLCs]
The Ingenious Broadcasting EIS PLCs provide an exciting opportunity to invest in the creation and production of mainstream television programmes for worldwide markets. Ingenious has worked and built close relationships with many of the UK’s top independent production companies, such as Kudos, Left Bank Pictures, Mammoth Screen, and has been responsible for producing content for many of the major commissioners, including the BBC, ITV, Sky and PBS. To date, more than 350 hours of programming have been produced and over 75 programmes ranging from UK dramas (Kingdom, Foyle’s War, Law & Order UK, Zen) to major international animation series (Marvel's Superhero Squad, Jim Henson's Dinosaur Train).
